OVERALL PURPOSE

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute to generating sales for the company. The candidates will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tele-Selling: Calling our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which the company has to offer.
  • Conversion Objectives: Responsible for ensuring the campaign achieves its conversions and sales objectives.
  • Quality Objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards.
  • Productivity Objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  •  BPO industry / Call center industry experience
  •  Passionate about selling
  •  Ability to build relationships
  •  Result-oriented and Self-driven
  •  Team Player
  •  Able to multi-task
