Duties
- Head the Racking Division
- Coordinate all production activities within the department production floor with emphasis on production quantity, efficiency and quality.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
- Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7-8 years’ experience in the of field of Technical Sales & Marketing specifically in Racking
- Understands technical issues
- Engineering / Architectural background is an added advantage
- Prior experience in a construction / manufacturing company
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- A degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
- Able to work well in a team.
