Welcome to the Siaya Institute of Technology Course Application Portal 2023/2024 Intake.

You can access The Siaya Institute of Technology Admission Portal 24 hours a day from any location with an internet connection using a desktop computer, a laptop, notebooks, tablets, and even smartphones.

The Siaya Institute of Technology course application portal 2023/2024 is opened to all students irrespective of color, race, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or national origin provided he/she have the portal login details.

NOTE: This form is to be filled out only by applicants who were not placed by KUCCPS therefore do not fill this form if you had applied for placement on the kUCCPS website.

Before you use this form, ensure you have read carefully and understood the following instructions,  and you have viewed the List of Courses page or seen our Course List Brochure to familiarize yourself with the specific course requirements for the course you wish to apply for.

For those applying for Diploma courses please note that the minimum entry qualification is a KCSE Mean Grade of C-(Minus) while those applying for Craft Certificate the Minimum entry qualification is a KCSE Mean grade of D Plain. For those who wish to apply for Artisan Courses the minimum qualification is KCPE/KCSE Mean grade of D-(Minus).  

After entering all your data, press the Submit button to complete the online application process. You will see the message: Form has been submitted successfully. We are processing your application.

After successful submission and subsequent processing, your Admission forms (SIT/REG/OAF, SIT/REG/MRF, SIT/REG/OOF/A, SIT/REG/IRR, SIT/REG/OOF/B and SIT/REG/TDC) will be emailed to you (ensure you have provided a valid email address).

Once you receive your admission letters, kindly fill the admission forms appropriately, as clearly as possible and as per the instructions in the individual forms and then go and pay fees, then report at the Institute as between 15th and 17th February 2023/2024 with all the filled forms, two color passport pictures, originals and copies of the fees payment slip, birth certificate, national ID, KCSE certificate, KCSE results slip, KCPE certificate.

Once you present the documents you shall then be given an official fees payment receipt and assigned an institute email address with its password and login details for an e-learning account which you shall use to access online classes and online learning materials to help you with your face to face classes.
Once you receive the credentials you are advised to log in and change your password to keep your accounts safe.

We regret to inform you that there are no more space in hostels as all spaces have been booked. All trainees who wish to reside near the institute should make personal accommodation arrangements early to avoid getting inconvenienced once schools reopen.
