KCA University Unit Registration and Unit Enrolment on E-learning Portal

• Registration is on for the January – April 2021 trimester with the Deadline for Unit Registration & Fee Payment being Saturday 30th January 2021.
• For all Students who need to Repeat Units, or register for less than 3 units, please write to daisy@kca.ac.ke or jomanyo@kca.ac.ke clearly indicating the units by already stated dates.
• The Unit selection & Registration MUST follow the guidelines in the Online Unit Registration Guide available under the main menu of the e-learning portal (also attached here).

KCA University Unit Enrolment and Content Upload on E-learning Portal

• Effective Trimester 1-2021, all Distance Learning Students shall self-enroll in their trimester units as a way of expediting the process after unit registration and fee payment.
• Unit enrolment on elearning.kca.ac.ke should be done only after registering units in the student portal  (https://portal.kca.ac.ke/kcaportal/) and paying at least the first installment of trimester fees or seeking clearance from students finance office.
• E-learning accounts shall be suspended in due course for those who won’t have registered units in the student portal and paid fees or obtaining clearance from students’ finance office before the stated deadline.
• Do not hesitate to contact DL office incase of any challenge with unit self-enrolment on elearning.kca.ac.ke

KCA University Project 

• Students undertaking Project Units in various Programs should register the Project Units and write to jomanyo@kca.ac.ke for supervisor allocation. For BCOM & BPL students, you must have done and completed Research Methodology before registering for project.

KCA University Master Students

• All continuing Masters Students are advised to select their units as  per the attached timetable. In case of need for further clarification, please write to jomanyo@kca.ac.ke
• Master students who have completed coursework and need to start Dissertation should write to winnie@kca.ac.ke for dissertation registration and assigning of supervisor.
