Your responsibilities:

Ability to build applications for the Android platform.
Work with remote data sources via REST and JSON.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements.
Develop comprehensive application testing procedures.
Implement best development practices.

Your competencies and qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 1-2 years working in a fast paced business environment or similar role.
Proven Software development experience and Android skills development.
Experience with Android SDK.
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
